In each of your sessions, I teach you how to warm up properly, stretch, breathe and cool down after exercising. This is important to your progress and beneficial to your overall health.
I custom design a program to meet your specific needs after assessing your strengths, challenges and goals. No two people are the same, so why use the same "cookie cutter programs" everyone else is using at the gym?
I will incorporate stretching, core, strength training, plyometric and cardio into your sessions, so that you may achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
